Rino was born in the core of the planet Crypta and burrowed toward its crust with the drive of pure instinct and determination. By the time he finally burst through and found himself on the sand of a beach, he was encrusted with rock and crypto that made his shell all but impenetrable – despite being no more than an infant. Then, following in the (literal) footsteps of his ancestors, Rino marched into the water and made his way to Ancient Caspad, where he quickly thrived as a world-class warrior. Today, he's one of the oldest living beings of Modern Caspad, providing both his age-old wisdom, primeval fighting techniques, and raw instinct to defend his home region—and planet as a whole—from any who seek to do it harm. Rino is one of the most well-rounded adversaries the Centrized will face. The combination of unmatched defensive capabilities mixed with the cutting power of those claws and the bone-crunching capacity of those claws make even the most seasoned warriors watch in awe.
