Wiler never hit another creature before Iratus and the Centrized arrived at Crypta. He had no reason to. The rivers he called home led into the underwater metropolis of Caspad, and he led the typical suburban lifestyle accordingly. While exploring the treetops and river banks, he met the woman of his dreams. They had three children and built a home out of a tree that’s been in his family for generations. Friends who at first made fun of him for settling down grew envious of his tremendous happiness. You've never seen a more content creature. Whether he was teaching martial arts classes and cheering on his kids in competitions or looking up at the stars while holding hands with the love of his life, he was joyous in every moment. Then the Centrized arrived. They tried to use the rivers to infiltrate Caspad. And in the invasion, Wiler saw his son burn in dragon fire, his daughters squashed by giants, and his wife ripped limb from limb. Wiler managed to fight until the Centrized retreated. But he was, then and forever, dead inside. His only focus was revenge. His only hope to be reunited with his family, who wait for him in whatever afterworld the powers of crypto has waiting for him.
